Transferred to Field Office
Hey guys, last week my husband and I got an email saying they took action in our case, we checked both portals (docs tab) but nothing happened. Today I was curious about it and asked Emma, they told me that our case was transferred to the field office. Nothing has changed, not sure if we will get an interview or not, which is fine if we have to go to interview, anyone who has similar situation? please share your experience. thanks :)

Writ of Mandamus??? Yes/No
Hi guys! I just wanna ask for others opinion on this. I know the wait time is crazy but I’m getting so tired like others but unlike others I am ready to take a risk. my priority date for my i360 is 03/2022 Now seeing how USCIS keep extending the date. It’s been 28months now for me. I want to file a Mandamus to force them take action on my case. I believe the worst that can happen is for them to reject my mandamus & ask me to wait for when it’s my current date or if I get lucky they make a decision in my case. I am extremely tired of waiting.
Before going on with this, I just want to hear other opinion or if you know anyone who have taken a similar decision before.

I-485 Transferred to Fresno Field Office (Previously NBC) - Processing Timeframes?
Hi everyone,
I recently received news from Emma that my I-485 application was transferred from the NBC Office to the Fresno Field Office. While I understand transfers happen, I'm curious about processing times for I-485 approvals at Fresno.
Anyone here with a similar transfer to Fresno (from NBC) who has since been approved? If so, how long did the adjudication process take after the transfer?

Filing for Removal of Condition on green card based on divorce.
hello everyone I recently got divorced from my husband, I want to file for removal of condition by myself because I have all the proof to show I and my husband was in a good faith marriage but don’t know if anyone has ever filed a removal of condition on green card on their without a lawyer.

I'm concerned if my interview went bad ore good my lawyer told me you have 50% chance to win the interview I didn't remember the name of the address where my waife was living before our marriage and my waife forgot the name of our landlord and other info the officer told as he will let as known about decision and other little info I write to the group to have your opinion and when you win the interview they let you know right away?
