How can I get in touch with USCIS?
I did my e-request online right the day I got the notification that the notice was returned back to USCIS because USPS can’t deliver it. but after few weeks, USCIS replied back to my email that they can’t respond my e-request. I also tried to call them but they won’t let me speak to a live person. I also sent the letter to them for my request but I haven’t heard anything back. do anyone have a same problem like me? please share your experience!

I submitted the response for additional evidence through the USCIS portal on June 19th, and on June 20th my case changed to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed. Does anyone going through the same thing know how many days it takes on average to receive a response?

Hi everyone anyone get visa issued after AP and asked for a ds-5535 how long it takes to get visa issued been waiting for 9 months status still refused IR1 visa u.s citizen filing for my wife and I'm a father of 5 children who have their CRBA and u.s passport ready there mother name is on each u.s CRBA don't know why it takes so long to get her visa any advice from anyone who goes through this process

I got a request of evidence on May 11th but didn’t get the actual document until May 15th. I was able to send everything on June 6 cause I had to translate a lot of stuff and they ask me for a lot of evidence to prove our marriage. By the tracking number I could know that they already got the documents but they have not taken any action on it. they haven’t even made a change of receiving the request of evidence…. has this happened to anyone? how are your experiences after replying to RFE. Thank you🙏🏼
