That means they just transferred you case to a different location (which is nothing honestly because I had the same thing they transferred my husband’s case to a different service center) and to get to know where they transferred it to you can chat online with USCIS through Emma and they will give you the new service center.

They shift things around regularly depending on workloads in service centers. It just means the service center you were at was probably over capacity so they've forwarded some cases to one that is not so overwhelmed.Where did you get shifted from and to?
