NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED 💳💚
Finally!!! 4 days prior to retrogression on my category 😭🙏🏽
A little summary of recent events:
• CRP since June 08 2023, a day after I did biometrics and dates regressed on my category.
• EAD + AP both approved on August 23 2023.
• Submitted SR on April 15 and it was assigned to officer on May 07, with no answer at all.
• Submitted another SR on June 05 and I got response on June 07 that they would get to my case in the order it was received.
• Contacted congress for help, but never got an update on whether they contacted USCIS or not. Guessing they probably did.

I am DQ March 7 , and yet again nothing in regards of our interview letter has been released . I contacted my congress office which was a waste of time . it has been over 100 days . does anyone have any suggestions how to get these people to at least answer with a genuine reason why the letter has been delayed .
an update on I130 2nd review. on the second review it is now saying 7 months 😪. has anyone gone this?
yesterday my i130 sent an update of a second review. the first one was june 2023, the second one is dated june 2024. now it's saying 7 months for decision, while the other is stuck at 'attend interview as needed ' for 4 weeks etc. if i have to wait that long, we will need to review our work permit. I am devastated. is this accurate? please share experience

Interview Scheduled
We finally received a re schedule of our interview after it was cancelled last few weeks ago and it tells, “Request for Applicant to Appear for Initial Interview”. what does it mean? is there another final interview? or this was the same for all of you guys that already been completed the interviews? Please share your thoughts! thanks
