I don’t think the doctor need to write any letter or address any report to USCIS bcos it will looks suspicious. Get Medical Report of your ill Farher and write a letter to USCIS explaining the situation along with the Medical Reports and the reasons you need to expedite your case

the doctor don’t need write do uscis, I requested an expedite a month ago due to my father's death in 2022 and my mother's surgery. I submitted the medical report detailing her surgery and health issue with exams along with the translated documents. My lawyer sent everything online to uscis, and I am still waiting for a response. I hope this help.

@victory !!! I did requested for that with same situation, my dad had a open heart surgery, my mom cancer had been diagnosed for second tine, both of my parents need me . I attached my mom diagnosis and her Dr orders for future surgery and father surgery date. uscis denied my request, instead said we can make an info pass than issue emergency advance pro. Hopefully they approve your request.
