I-751 after a 601 waiver
hello, I’m currently filling my I-751 and I’m confused with question 22. “have you ever been arrested…”
is it since i received my green card or my whole life period. Since i already have an old arrest which I had already mentioned in my previous I-485 application and I had to get an 601 waiver because of it(and got approved)
now I’m curious into if i have to re-mention that whole ordeal again since it’s the only arrest I ever had or not.
if yes, would I have to go through a whole I-601 waiver again to get my 10 year green card. please any help is appreciated

Yes, and in the last part for the application's "additional information" section, write that you filed an I-601 for it and it was approved. Make sure to add a copy of it. They denied my I-485 because they thought my I-601 was not approved. It's sad that we have to do most of their jobs for them."

@Haitian Jamaican it’s absolutely ridiculous that they don’t have copies of shit they approved. how are these guys protecting America from threats if they don’t have access to that level of data?

it’s wild indeed. guess it’s just a “job” for them so they don’t take it seriously even though for us, families are at stake
