@Rathan T Within a year. February 2023 policy has changed, meaning that if your asylum is approved you can file I-485 after one month of your approval, you don’t have to wait a year anymore! Which is incredible, because green card itself takes a year :)

@el l all they asked rfe for was medical? I was curious if they'd ask any other proof of 1 year being in the US. that's pretty good man!!!

@Immigration Guy Yes. I live in USA for 9 years now, I sent copies of all my work permits, utility bills, etc. They know i lived here all this time
