Hello everyone, is there anyone here who has applied as a widow and the process has been completed ? I sent the whole package on January 2, and January 10, I received information that my fingerprints were reused, but there was no renewal after that, I have been waiting for about 200 days, can anyone who has information about this issue write a comment ? When will my I765 file be approved ? How long does it take to approve the I360 I485 case as a widow ? All my cases are at the MSC office. Thank you in advance to those who will share their knowledge

you might find more help on Reddit. I have no idea about widow cases but what I do know is that there’s no specific timeline for anything. some cases are handled immediately and some sit for a year before being picked up. I wish you the best in this circumstance.
btw I’ve been waiting 420+ days for a straight forward case.
