Get it from the landlord directly. If you lived in the house & the landlord knows you’re his wife, giving you a rental contract isn’t illegal. Or just get a letter from the landlord stating the time lived at that rental with your husband.

if you have a Car title mailed to same address is good, health Insurance of both of you and other mails especially joint bank Acct of the same address with your abuser. Letter(s) from your neighbor that can attest that you lived in the apartment with your abuser. Likewise, Letter from the Landlord that can confirm that you lived with your abuser in that same address is suffix

@survivor p I don't have anything together with him, the only thing I had with him were photos of which I lost everything, I didn't receive an rfe and I hope I don't receive it, because everything I had I already sent, I have 5 prima facie.

@AUG 22 I was very immature, if he told me that we didn't need a joint account, I would agree and that was it! I never thought I would need it later, I didn't even know about the vawa, we received a gift in check after we got married, it was named in my name and his, but I didn't have access to that check, I know he changed it, but I don't remember which bank to go there and ask for a copy

@castro LG They sent you PF, so what you did send is enough for now. I believe the most important is to prove abuse and that your relationship was real, that’s what USCIS focus for; obviously it is important ti prove you have lived together for some time but I believe much less evidence is enough to prove it

@survivor p the problem is that it proves that I lived with him, I didn't have access to anything, I'm on the 2018 Disney contract, but his mother is the account holder and they didn't give me a copy of the contract! This was the only chance I had.
