my I131 RTD was denied after I got my green card
my green card was approved last week , but last night I got a notification that my RTD was denied , I seen it happen to other GC based in asylum people, please if anyone experience this i would appreciate some help idk what to do . I been waiting for a year for it if I re apply I would have to wait another 14 months ?

this is so frustrating I thought my case was on the path of approval and yesterday updated to “updated to show biometric and fingerprint were taken” now the app prediction says it may take even longer 😭 I’ve been searching here and couldn’t find a lot of cases in the same situation. does anyone know if it’s normal or experiencied this? so tired of waiting.

Clarification regarding H1B stamping
Hi all,
I have an question regarding H1B stamping which I am asking in behalf of my friend. He got H1B approved in 2022 and since then he hasn’t left country. Now he wants to go and get H1B stamping done from home
country.
There is a little concern regarding his stamping- His dad is here in US on a B1/B2 visa and have overstayed here didn’t leave the country.
1. does h1b stamping gets impacted in any way? i mean can there be issues while he goes for stamping?
2. in ds-160 visa form how to handle this question which asks if your father or mother is in US?
if someone can provide insights on this would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
