Anyone else in my situation?
Hi everyone, I got an RFE about an omission in my form I-140. My original submission was made in January. with the new policy of asylum fee, I am not sure if I need to include the asylum fee with my now corrected form I-140 even though I am just replying to an RFE. Has anyone been in my shoes ?

A hard but happy ending
After 5 years of this long journey full of ups and downs and disappointments, including having two immigration lawyers steal from me and having to handle the entire process on my own, I will finally be able to go see my mom and support her in her fight against cancer. It was quite smooth in my case. My work permit was issued pretty quickly, in exactly one month. It started on July 23rd and came through on August 23rd.
