Doubt about changed status
When I arrived in the US I had a tourist visa. I arrived here I changed my status to student, now I am on the EB3 and received the travel permit. Has anyone left the US and returned in the same way as me? Will I have problems? Because I changed my status here?

you shouldn’t have any problem because that’s the reason they give us the travel permit. However I wouldn’t travel with the travel permit if it’s not that important and the reason behind it is since I changed my status from tourist to student (F1). and I think anyone could face the situation at the immigration asking questions again about why you changed your status suddenly deciding going from B1B2 to F1? Just my opinion !!

@k R I had an emergency parole and I went to Canada and came back no problem. They will bring you into secondary.

no problem. Mine is same. But I went home after 5 years for 2 weeks. They only asked my addres when I return. Dont worry.
