Hello, that's because sometimes they ask you for something and you don't send it, then they send you a letter saying they intend to deny the case, call or log into your account and in the documents it tells you what's happening and what they're asking you for.

could be you didn’t provide enough evidence up front so they are giving you 30 days to respond.

@cela Rodriguez I have received anything from them since 2021 and this is the first letter they sent.Also it says Notice of action intend,didn’t say anything like NOID

Call and when she asks you what you want, say INFOPASS so you can speak to an agent and they will tell you what you need. Sometimes they ask for very simple things.

login to your USCIS account. Go to documents tab under your case and you will see what they have sent. You need to respond that letter as soon as possible and you need to contact USCIS when you respond to that letter to let them know that you have replied.

same happened to us about a month ago. they are requesting more evidence so they can give an answer on the case. we provided the evidence 26 days ago and still waiting on answer. from what I’ve gathered it could take up to 90 days. so try to send them everything they are asking for in the letter they sent you

@love me I know this is hard but you do need to either be able to read the letter on line or for the letter to come in the mail. They will (most likely) be asking for something and you will have the opportunity to reply. I wish you the best.
