I just got a notice saying as of today they are reviewing my case but I got the same notice back in August 2023 when I submitted the application, had this happened to anyone?

yes. you always get 2 active reviews. The first one is to put you in line. The second is usually right before the decision.

go to documents tab probably it’s approved and notice will be there under documents tab.

but there is no movement at my case.
