NC DMV wouldnt remove "limited term" from my dl
Its a bummer, called the DMV last week and asked if i can remove the "limited term". The woman said yes, since i have my greencard.
Went into the office today and the supervisor said it stays on there till i become citizen.
Anybody here from NC who had that removed?

How long is the wait afterwards?
How long is the wait after filing i485? I wasn't able to file VAWA concurrently at the time so I filed 485 after the approval. We sent in the medical with the application and they used my fingerprints from 2021. Anyone have similar experience?

So tired
Last I updated you all that I had filed the I-765 after waiting 3-4 weeks after interview. It’s about to be a month I am just done waiting for this. Just hoping they approve my EAD soon so I can go back to work. Last couple of weeks I had been losing my mind, but its whatever at this point. Applied for an EAD based on my pending I-485 as my OPT based EAD had expired in July. I am focusing on my hobbies to keep myself sane. But also slowly emptying our savings. So much fun.
