i am really depressed to see people are waiting for 370+ days. nowadays there are promoting for PP. @Jim HSU If RFE comes, the timeframe will not cover.

now i think the result day we can expect is around 400 days.

same here, I am upset and angry that people who applied 3 months ago got their approval and who applied a year still waiting on approval even they have been current since applied. I don’t know what the heck is wrong with USCIS. And on top Trump came up so it’s gonna get worse

@sbhatt b what??? why so long? did you expedite it via congressional hearings like submitting request through congressman? I am sure you are eligible for that.

@BL D reached out to al green of Texas.. his reps said it's normal, wait till 2027 ... raised service request in July 2024, nothing happened. raised another last week, waiting for response.

wow this is insane, How can they determine wait time of 2027. that’s crazy. I thirst the wait time is 14 months and after that you can do Inquery request. Btw how come people are getting approved under same EB2 category and Their PD is like Feb 2023. One of my friend applied in july 2024 with same PD and got approved in end of Oct.

@BL D I have the same feeling. Angry and upset when I see people who submitted their cases after mine getting approved before me. There's no explanation to justify 400 days of waiting in my case. I know that because of the volume of cases to analyse, the cases sit on a desk for months and get "analysed" in 15 minutes before getting adjudicated or RFE. Anyway, it is a matter of luck now. Hoping that a case officer picks my case soon. The waiting is terrible and killing - and not good for mental health too.

@eb2 guy well now we can’t say that it’s luck, but it’s gonna be whatever comes out. I recently came to know that my case moved to non local field office Kansas city. where it’s showing 31.5 months of processing time. Where as at my local field office it says 8.5 months Life sucks right? It was sitting in NBC from last 10 months also with RRFE. I did some research why my came is there and some points mentioned that some specialized cases are handled there specially RFE ones. So let’s see. I am even frustrated that when I travel outside of US with advance parole that border services officer told me that not to travel often as it will cause suspicion. Like what the heck.
