Processing Time for NOID Response by USCIS
what is the average processing time for USCIS to process a NOID response for an I-485 petition??. I sent mine three months ago and I’m still waiting for the response even though with the help of my local congressman which expedited the revision of my case, but no updates yet..

almost a year now since me and my wife have been waiting. it’s painful to see October 2023 PD’s on a higher approval % than September. what is going on that Oct and Nov 2023 have higher approvals than September of 2023? anyone waiting since September ? it’s becoming unbearable and I know many have been waiting for ever too 😭. USCIS really can’t keep up huh?

Transfer Notice
So I got a transfer notice that says “we have completed a preliminary review of the application, as part of standard processing,we transferred your case to the office listed”
The office listed was Nebraska Service Centre(NSC) Premium Processing.
Thing is my case was already at NSC so this has me confused, anyone has an idea what this is about?

prima Facie for FA
just saw that my FA application was denied at Lone Star College TX because I do not have GC. Has anyone used PF for FA in Texas and for what school ? Can I appeal this decision? They said I am eligible for Tafsa but I didn't graduate high school in TX or USA . I am so heartbroken. I just dropped the classes I had enrolled for.
