Hello. Ucsis aproved the I-130 last week and they sent it to the NVC a couple day ago. Today we recived a email from NBC and they said that we have to pay a fee and that we send them all the documentation so that it is prepared for the day of the interview, is this normal? From what our lawyer has told us, we now have to submit the waiver. thanks

My wife and i filed taxes jointly, so, im thinking to upload that to the USCIS account, but i am confused, not sure if i upload Tax return transcript or an account transcript, which has less pages but i does has our names, SSN and amount of how much we declared together, what would you recommend me to upload?

hello guys, after my case going numb for nearly two years, I received an RFE saying my Ghanaian birth cert I submitted is not the correct form. this is the same birth cert I submitted to Consular officers back in Ghana and didn’t have any issue with it but now USCIS IS SAYING ITS THE RIGHT FORMAT BUT TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE I KNOW THE CURRENT BIRTH CERT IS THE BIOMETRIC GREEN LIKE FORMAT.

prima facie determination
hi guys, blessings! I just received a prima facie determination. it says that the petition for an extension was granted for 180 days and that if they don’t make a decision by the end of 180 they will add another 60 days. anyone in the same boat. I don’t want to get excited and think that they will make a decision on my i360 any time soon because I don’t want to stress about it again, I being waiting 780 days so far.. thank you
