This is a progress report for the ninth month of my application process on Lawfully (NOV-2023).
I'm currently awaiting a decision on my EB2-NIW I-140.
There have been no updates since last month (As you all know new fiscal year is coming), and I'm approaching the current 11-month (avg80% of cases being reviewed) review timeline for this type of application.
PS. I want to share my timeline and my case block number (IOE092313) with everyone in case it can help provide some understanding of how cases are progressing.

Request for a duplicate card was approved??? I-360
Good morning VAWA family!! Have anyone received this update on your I-360? My VAWA was approved and I received the approval notice and c31 work permit. Just wondering what this update means since I haven’t request any duplicate card… Thank you! God bless you all!

Can any one please help me, USCIS have sent me that i have been scheduled my interview which was on 05 Aug 2024 but till now i did not get my interview notice i have contacted by phone and email that i did not get. there is no on my document tab as well so now it has been one month since, what should i have to do? wait time has been exactly 7 month now.

Come to usa through k1 visa and apply for green card, after 6 months of not approing green card, we decided to apply for work permit. on may 17 2024 we receive the receipt notice after we sent the application for work permit back is April end 2024. on september 4 2024 we get the news that the card have been produced. now we are waiting for card to arrive in our mailbox

Waiting on USCIS to approve I:130 for children of permanent residence of children over 21 and unmarried. Currently it says actively reviewing with nothing else needed but they have yet to approve them. Anyone have the same application that has been approved?

hello everyone. I'm a permanent resident and I filed F2A last october. the status changed to "actively being reviewed" in December and theres no update till now. is this normal? what would be the next step? how much longer would I have to wait? anyone with ideas please help. thank you

i just checked my USCIS account and on the I485 i see that even my interview is scheduled on october 3/2024 it is marked as completed and it says next step case decisionstarted. Can anybody explain it to me what does this mean as i didnt still have my interview so why it is checked as completed? thank you all in advance !

Hello, I went for interview in us consulate Mumbai on 23 August 2024. During interview visa officer asked me for past divorce decree but at that time I was have only judgement of divorce copy so I saw them but visa officer told me he wants divorce decree so that’s why visa officer give me very simple white slip 221g letter and there mentioned how to upload divorce decree documents and after upload you have to submit divorce decree original copy with along your passport at your nearest drop off location. On 3 September 2024 I went Visa application center at Mumbai to submit the original documents with along with my passport.
