I-130 PD Aug 21st 2023
Hi All.
US citizen applying for Spouse, Texas Service Center.
When I submitted my I-130 in Aug 2023, it showed me “Actively Being Reviewed” within a month of submission. Time showed “2 Months,” but I’m well aware that means nothing.
As expected, 2 months later it showed “Taking longer than expected.” Now, nearly 15 months later, its showing “4 months” again, without any new “actively being reviewed” notification. I saw many people with the same or later PD in August getting approvals/notifications now. Why would my time suddenly change without “actively being reviewed?” Any advice? TIA!

For me it showed "actively reviewing" after submission and like 2 months later it changed to "taking longer than expected" it was like that until like a week ago when it changed to "4 months" then it finally changed to "actively reviewing" last monday and received the email saying we have taken action checked documents and my approval letter was there. My PD Is August 9th 2023 texas sc but the approval came from California sc. You are getting approved soon 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I will ignore that because even after my I-765 approval, it’s showing me 4 months until decision.

my case doesn't actively being reviewed yet, it's been more than 6 months there is nothing yet.. is this okay?

My timeline is exactly like you are describing it. My case is August 15th, 2023 at Texas Center. I’m still waiting to get approved

My progress tab is stuck on 4 months too after several back and forth estimates. Oct 29th and patiently waiting. 🙏🏼

@tickle me Thats crazy. I’ve still not heard anything back and I just chatted with Emma today and my case has moved again from Texas to Vermont. And the time has gone up to 5 months!
