UPDATE I-485
I used my AP for the first time to come back into the U.S today with zero issues, after visiting Barcelona for a few days. Only a few hours later I just got a notification that my I-485 that I haven’t gotten any updates on since 2022 is being actively reviewed. However, no active review notification on my VAWA application so I’m trying to figure out what this may mean. Any guesses or anyone experience this? #AOS #Activelyreview #AP
Kile USCIS ap fini ak Janvier 2023
USCIS pa serieux tou non poul fe preske 2ans nan yon selman 1 mwa nan yon program kap dire 2ans. anpil dezod tou fet nan program nan se akoz de sa tou mwen pa di yo te merite fe dezod yo men si program nan te pi Avance pou Haiti, Nicaragua, Cuba, ak Venezuela janl ye pou UKraine yo kwem pa tap gen tout dezod sa yo kijan fe moun Ukraine yo pa konpli nan fraude yo se paske uscis aprouve case pa yo pi rapid ke lot peyi yo which is so unfair..
Hello everybody! I am waiting for my green card (marriage based) for 2 years 9months. I am still waiting and waiting. I have done almost everything to get my case moving. Looking for help!
I have done almost everything. Is anybody in my situation? What do people do? Sueing USCIS is reasonable thing to do since it costs around 10k? What do I do? I am so sick of waiting. My work permit, my travel permit are all expired. Should I sue USCIS and lose 10k or is there anything else I can do which you guys did and worked? I would appreciate any help! #greencard #marriagebased #USCIS
senator responded
hello family….i got this email from senator what he heard from Uscis about my case…does everyone get same email from uscis…?
Good afternoon,
Thank you for sending our office your inquiry for constituent xxxxxx regarding Form I-360, Receipt Number EACxxxxxx Also, thank you for providing our office with the Privacy Release form for your constituent.
As a part of a greater eligibility determination, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) conducts background and security checks on applicants and certain petitioners for immigration benefits. These checks are necessary to ensure United States national security and public safety interests. In some cases, the results of these checks require USCIS to perform additional inquiries or consult with other government agencies. When this is necessary, there is often some delay in resolving the checks, and it is difficult to predict when resolution will be completed. Please be assured that this case has not been overlooked. Once all checks are resolved, the I-360 will be adjudicated and your constituent will be notified of the decision.
Case status may be monitored online at https://egov.uscis.gov/.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this email response, please contact our office. Thank you,
