Home visit by USCIS
So, today USCIS come home at 7:20am. Knocked the door, came inside took pictures of photo ids of both. Also took the pictures of bedroom, closet, bathrooms and asked couple of questions like, when you moved in the house, you working and all. They left after 20 minutes.
Does any have this kind of experience?? And what was the outcome.
I had interview date for march,2024 but it was canceled when we were in the field office. Not get any date after that and today all of sudden they came in.
Is this mean we are not having interview???

VISA Bulletin predictions
The Visa Bulletin for the next fiscal year will cover up to June or July 2021. In October, I think they will advance to March 2021, but I find it unlikely that they will make significant progress. It all depends on whether they make slight advancements for the Philippines and no advancement for Mexico. If they do this, they can advance to December 2021. By July of this year, 2,500 green cards were issued solely for Mexico, ONLY IN THE CONSULAR PROCESS. Previously, it was Vietnam causing the backlog, but now the backlog is in Mexico. Regarding the 7% rule that no country can exceed 7% of the total green card issuance, that’s bullshit because, from what I’ve read, this rule can be broken in various ways, especially in cases of backlogs. For example, if a Mexican embassy was closed for a long time during the pandemic, they can override this rule to try to make up for the time when embassy interviews were on hold.
