@Tom Bom thank you for answering me. I just have been going through so much and finally my case got approved today and now I’m stressed over my I-485 😪 it’s just too much I hope everything goes well

@simon irfan 😂 trust me I’m stressing now because of my lawyer I’m trying to find another one & im from Kentucky and my old lawyer passed away and I stayed without a lawyer and I worked on my case by myself and my RFE until I got it approved. idk now how long do I have to wait for my I-485 and how to talk to the BIA to dismiss my case. because I have a removal order, which idk what to do.

@alhamdullah Alhamdullah you need to go sit down with a lawyer for a consultation quickly and get working on your removal proceedings as quickly as possible. but again no need to stress, God has done it for you by approving your I -360 so rest assured that he will perfect everything for you. have faith and keep praying. try olaleye law firm and talk with her, she will advise and direct you on what to do. @F A my old lawyer he supposed to file in specific date but he did not because he forgot and never remember so they order me a removal and he had to reopen it. and start what he started it until he passed away and then I waited that long and no lawyer wanted to take over my case so I received an RFE and then I contacted many lawyers to help me out but the refused for some reason until I made my own inquiries and I had to update my address so they can re-send it to me and they did and they I did google everything and I had a hard time . but finally I got approved now i asked a lawyer and she said that we have to talk to ask the BIA to dismiss my case completely but she said not guaranteed so idk I’m trying to find a good lawyer.
