Anyone here from the United kingdom?
Hello my lovelies. I received an RFE for I130 and they asked my previous merriage divorce certificate. I did send Decree absolute with my application but officer said it doesn't show that it was issued by the registry office from Royal Court of justice. While in the UK we only get decree NISI and Decree absolute without a sign from the judge and without an ink stamp. I have called diffrent courts but they say we don't stamp these documents anymore. dnt know wat to do. any advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you
Rfe on i-485 application
I got RFE on my i-485 application on tuesday.its been 6 month that i submitted my i485 application . today i called USCIS.They told me that due to incomplete I-485 application.i told them do i have to send other documents or photos they says no just fill the new application and answer all questions and also send copy of RFE letter.
i am confused like i filled application on feb25 2024 through help of one of the immigration service center in newyork and theyget me lawyer to fillup all .but i dont know how my application got mistake. or did they lost some pages?
USCIS response to my inquiry
It looks weird. I submitted an inquiry about my EAD on Aug 21. Today I received a confirmation email from the USCIS, but the receipt number mentioned in the email is my i-485, not EAD. The email just confirms that they received my inquiry and will respond in 30 days time.
