hi guys
am having a bit of problem, I submitted my son case back in May, the sent me a notice and his biometric which was for the 4th of August and we went. on august 16th they sent another biometric appointment for September 4th and we went to that one as well. an hour ago I got another notification saying another biometric appointment was set for the 27th. is this normal?

We just added my wife as my beneficiary to my GC. Her AOS application reached on May 31, 2024. USCIS issued a receipt on July 29, 2024 with receipt day of May 31 itself.
We have not received her biometrics schedule yet. It has almost been 100 days since they received the package and 40 days since receipt was issued. Does anyone know what can be done to expedite this process?

Officer Reviewed Case but No Decision
Today, emma told me that immigration officer reviewed my case on 09/04/2024 but I haven’t received any decision yet. The case was transferred to non-local FO on 08/12/2024. Does this indicate anything? My current status is RRFE since 03/09/2024 and PD 01/10/2023.

Anyone knows what is happening here, I submitted and outside of normal processing request for the I-824 because it’s been beyond their normal processing time for Texas service center which is 14 months. I am confused on what should I do next. Do they have a timeline to resolve outside of normal processing times? The I-824 is for sending the petition to the NVC
