Unsolicited evidence
Good afternoon everyone, I hope y'all are doing great today! I had to contact an Emma agent for something related to my account and he/she told me that uploading unsolicited evidence might cause a delay on our cases because it increases the amount of documentation that the officer has to review. Anyone has any experience with this? Also, they’ve been very rude lately, not that they’re nice tho, but they don’t even respond what you’re asking for and they just close the chat and stuff, it has happened to me and some people I know are waiting for their immigration cases. Best of luck to all of you 💙

oh 100% really rude in person too. I was yelled at a couple of weeks ago by an insanely rude operator. with unsolicited evidence, it really depends I think. they lost my Medical Form that was sent as unsolicited evidence. however i have heard that some people had great success with it. good luck!

oh no I uploaded a lot more evidence online because I did not have joint insurance or anything when I applied so I uploaded a bunch 😩
