10yrs Greencard
Got my i751 card produced finally after 638 days! just right before my citizenship interview on Nov 19. Under the 3yrs married to a us citizen. Wondering if there's anyone who has the same interview day. And if I still need to bring my husband with me since my 10yrs Greencard is being sent to me in the mail. Also travelling out of the country first week of December. Wondering if they can give me a oath before I travel. Cause it will take me awhile to come back. Chicago Office

did you previously have your green card approved? you stated you are married under 3 years to a US citizen. How then is your naturalization approved?

if you have an oath before you travel they would take your green card from you at the oath ceremony and you’ll need a passport to travel. best option is to request for your oath to be after you come back from your trip.

@Merayam H. congratulations 🎊 I'm waiting for my I175 for 14 months, married to a US citizen. I'm within the time frame to apply for naturalization. Which center handled your case?

I am married with one child, and we live in Pennsylvania, although I work as a nurse in Ohio. We’ve been waiting for about 17 months for the removal of conditions on my green card. I’m wondering if applying for naturalization while my I-751 is still pending could cause any issues, especially since I work in a different state. The only evidence we submitted for the removal of conditions was bank statements, a lease, and our child's birth certificate.
