congratulations! I wonder if USCIS is approving cases that were submitted latest. I am still waiting for my decision, applied in Feb 2024, EB2 PD Nov 2022. and it’s quite frustrated to keep on waiting without knowing what’s gonna happen. I have to travel abroad and I can’t as if AOS denied then my entry will be decided too.

@BL D someone here had this theory. When USCIS releases statistics about processing times, they only release median times, which is 6.5 months right now. As long as they quickly make a final decision on 50% of the cases, they can keep this number low and look efficient. The rest of the 50% can wait forever and it won’t affect these values. Other than that, it looks like they pick people randomly to process quickly. This randomness has been the case for a while now. I’m on the same boat. Waiting would have been ok if I knew how long to wait. Final decision can come tomorrow or 2 years from now. There’s no way to tell.
