I’ve respond to an rfe issued from NationalBC 98 days ago, still no response

@m m did you receive the RFE from NationalBC? what was the RFE for?

I sent an RFE answer for birthday certificate, meds and my lawyer add the 485J. 148 days ago. Emma said my case was transfer from NBC to Denver, CO field office on 09/26. I’m still waiting

@m m mine transferred to same FO in July, still nothing.

do they transfer your case without any notification? as I know my case is at NBC but never checked with Emma. should I check that? is it good if they transfer?

@reco kara yes, check with Emma. they don’t send notifications when moving to a FO. but I don’t know what it means. Emma say is part of the final process and people say it may means we are close to the decision, but mine is there for 7 weeks already.
