Good Day I have a question if you file i360 only can you also file i765 to get a work permit while waiting on your vawa to be approved even though you are in deportation or do I have to wait for vawa to be approved? I got the prima facie recently

which category are you C09 or C31 . You can go ahead to terminate the removal proceedings against you .

@adrianna sing you can still get a work permit while still in removal? ask your lawyer to use the denied i-485 that is being renewed in IC and file under category C8, as long as you don’t have an arrest record you should be good.

@Alone wolf she cannot file under c09 since she’s in removal proceedings that only applies to pending i-485

I have my pending asylum case with UCIS .
Vawa case receipt can put everything on hold until you get decision on your Vawa case
prima facie can strength your case but do not give any assurity in terms of approval
you can file for I485 with I360 application and I765 & I131 all together concurrently within 6 months you will receive 5yers combo card, if everything filled properly with strong evidence in your case .
please get a good lawyer, DIY won’t help its a question of your future and trumps administration will be soon in power !!

Yes with PFD u can terminate removal proceedings. however if you are good writer and you have enough evidence u can apply for a vawa yourself which I did . you do not an attorney. however you can contact catholic relief, and CWS in your area to help you for free.
