Did you try local congress inquiry? maybe file mandamus, you will get a response within 60 days. As many mentioned within this community, people filed as pro se, and got decisions facebook.com/mandamusprose

@ATL Jacob they just reviewed my i485 2 days ago. and still nothing update :(

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 actually i dont know. they’re just being difficult on my case. they sent the letter intended to deny my case after we attend to the interview. and we did sent the evidence on Jan 2023. after that they just reviewed many times even 2 days ago. and nothing update :)

@Nikki Ng I’m in the same boat as you. I replied an intent to deny letter with lots of evidence in my capacity since December 2023 and no updates till now. I don’t know why they are delaying cases intentionally. Make a damn decision on my case so that I can make the next move instead of keeping me in the dark for months. Interviewed since Aug 2021 and the kept silence on the case. I wrote a letter to the White House after two years of not hearing anything before they sent me a NOID. Now they are keeping quiet again since I replied the NOID in December 2023. The whole process is heart wrenching. The most annoying part is they are approving new cases and abandoning old cases.
