I recently received my 2nd PF, Jan 2024 I received my 1st PF, do you guys any idea after how many PF they will update the case.
my case was filled in Feb 2020
RFE was in April 2022
RFE RESPONDED in July 2022
Jan 2024 - 1st PF
August 2024 - 2nd PF

my case was filled OCT2020 and was approved JAN2024. I am abroad so idk if it has any effect on the case

@sweet lins, Does it make any problem if I approach senators and members of Congress without my lawyer's knowledge? and how to get in touch with them? My lawyer isn't really interested in what's happening with my case.

@Start Spot i guess most of lawyer like that, they was just interested to file our case and let us sit here waiting till further notif. i am in the same situation also ..

reach out to congress, did Ăą have a strong case.. like alot of abuse evidence.. it past the timeline..please reach out to senate

@Approved GreenCard I am also on the same boat. I applied on Jan 2020. no update so far. i didn’t get any rfe asweel. i already reached out to my congressman. should I do both congress and senete enquiry?
