hmmm send inquiries to congress n senator your case should be approved by now

my case was filled OCT2020 and was approved JAN2024. I am abroad so idk if it has any effect on the case

@Start Spot i guess most of lawyer like that, they was just interested to file our case and let us sit here waiting till further notif. i am in the same situation also ..

reach out to congress, did ù have a strong case.. like alot of abuse evidence.. it past the timeline..please reach out to senate

I made contact with senator and congressman without my legal representative knowledge. up to now they didn’t know about it. I google who was the senator and congressman in my state. I call the office that’s closest to my county and the secretary was able to assist me. i made the appointment went to the office and they were very helpful. the senator and congressman office will send am email to USCIS.

and it was because of this group I was able to do that, because I didn’t know that the senator and congressman can inquiry for you if your VAWA case is already 3 years old or close to 3 years old. I file July 2021 and was approved July 2024. I reach out to senator in February 2024 and congressman on April 2024 by July 2024 I was approved.

@Approved GreenCard I am also on the same boat. I applied on Jan 2020. no update so far. i didn’t get any rfe asweel. i already reached out to my congressman. should I do both congress and senete enquiry?
