@Lawal Abubakar did you try local congress inquiry? maybe file mandamus for your I130 because 1039 days is huge delay, you will get a response within 60 days. As many mentioned within this community, people filed as pro se, and got decisions facebook.com/mandamusprose

there are zero chance to get a I-485 approved without a I-130 approved first .. did you file a concurrent application? if that’s the case it’s common that they don’t update ur I-130 application and only the I-485.
