my lawyer submitted it for me, for my i140, I know is not the same case for you, anyhow., we got this answer a week later: “Due to the high volume of work we are currently receiving, it may take longer to provide you with a final adjudicative decision. We appreciate your continued patience.” and that was all.

@Fez H that’s is interesting , how can you submit pass the service request, I submit 10 days after your i485 application date but unable to submit service request atleast until 2025

@Fez H I have submitted multiple inquiries and 3 senetors have reached out to USCIS as well. For everyone I received generic response, due to high volume, we are expecting a delay, and we will try our best to provide adjudication in the order received. it's not even funny, that people who submitted case 8 months after me are getting approvals and here I am still waiting, I have been current from day 1, just received RFIE for birth certificate and its been almost 1 year and no update.

@Fez H I did the same after ~320 days and got an email saying that processing time is normal. Most likely you will get the same within 1-2 weeks. Hoping you heard back soon.
