I-131
questionnn, my EAD was approved already ( ten months waiting for) , now on dec ill have a year in the process I-485 still in fingersprint, and I-130 on received.
can i apply for i-131? 🥲cuz i wanna see my family soo bad and my case is going tooo slow ( USC wife legally entry)

you can but know that it will take ages for that to be approved also. when did you file for i-130 and i-485? i am also in your shoes applied for i-131 in September , didn’t allow me to expedite and average processing for advance parole is a year.

@Cecilia V oww noop am not looking for expedite cuz i have no reason , i just wanted to know if can i apply for I-131 even my EAD is already approved (i didn’t do combo card). thinking the process will take a year but is i see is gonna take longer
