I got these on the bottom of the page! after getting email that action has taken !
it is considered as action ?! how many days is taken, who has the similar case ,I wanna cry 😭
they didn’t ask for evidence ! and I didn’t get any notice!
No update on parents case after 356 days
hello guys , I filed for my parent and it’s been 356 days , no update yet . I have called the uscis , they set up a call appointment but didn’t call me . I am a service member.
Also my parents had pending b1b2 visa interview since 2022 , got the interview this morning and got denied.
what’s the way forward guys ?
Approval notice after 424 days of waiting
Yesterday afternoon my husband got a email saying "action has taken on your case", he entered is his USCIS account and he found the approval notice there 😃 we are so happy and thankful to God 🩷 I want to say thank you for your help and your comments ☺️ If you are wanting all I can say is keep strong and your day is coming too!!! 😃

I sent a service request to USCIS 2 months ago to inquire why my 1751 has been processing for 3 years. I received this email response yesterday.

This does not make any sense because I am outside the process time. How long do I still have to wait? As anyone experience this?
