case are activiling review for USCSI
today was my interview in New York ,l-130 and l-485 says under review from this morning ,how long do l have to wait to see an desicion make ? they gave us a white paper that says case held for review .l am consumed too ,because they made make me sign a paper of l-485 with my signature and date ,l don’t know what that mean .

I need help. my case was denied 8/26/2024. I got the mail explaining the reason why it was denied. it was because of joint sponsorship. I contacted a lawyer and we did everything and I paid his fees he promised to mail the document yesterday but he when I called him he said he is still working on it that we have time. my problem is the mail said we need to reopen by 18days for him to maintain his work permit. will they deactivate his work permit if they don't receive the mail by the due date?

what is going on? this is 5 years!!!! they said my i130 is now at the local field office which means that processing times are as stated. is this correct? does anyone have any insight? #mtlaurel #nbc

Today i received email saying they have took action on my case, while im still waing on my interview letter to arrive in mail, now a next email stating I miss my interview, how can I miss something I have not received a mail stating date and time? any advice on my next step guys? I submitted a post lost or stolen mail yesterday because I just think mail was taking too long

5 years Work Permit
Hey Guys , I received a 5 years work permit….Is the 5 years work permit means my VAWA never going to get approved. VAWA and GC filed 10/04/2021 And do you guys think that they will approve my VAWA without asking me anything (RFE) because there's no update on my VAWA since 10/04/2021 when they put it on my system.
I just received a message saying that you have an update on your case. PD JULY 14 TEXAS SERVICE CENTER. FIRST ACTIVE REVIEW AUGUST,19 2023 . SECOND ACTIVE REVIEW SEPTEMBER, 10 2024.
