I chatted with an agent because I have been waiting for my EAD and I have not gotten any approval yet. she said my case is been processed at the NBC and my interview was waived. How true is this? I don’t want to get too excited,have anyone had such experience?
adjustment of status for spouse
Hi, I have a question if someone can help? My I-485 is pending for an employment-based green card when I applied for that I was divorced but now I am married I want to file a petition for my husband too. He has a visitor visa can anyone tell me at which stage I can apply for him and how long it will take for the adjustment of status?
2 EAD cards
my vawa got approved last month and Uscis sent me an EAD card with 1year validity. They sent another one yesterday and the validity is 2years. Both have different photos and different numbers. when i first filed my vawa in 2021, i filed everything (485, 765, 131 and 360). My 765 was filed under the C31 category but i refiled a new 765 under C09. So now that my vawa has been approved, both cards that were sent each has my receipt number for vawa and 765…

Good morning everyone, I just wanted to ask if anyone’s case has been transferred to San Fernando Valley FO? I was chatting with Emma and they said my case was in transit to that FO. Anyone that probably has been transferred there and already got a decision, how long after did you get it? thanks
Expedite Process
Hello everyone, my EAD renewal application was submitted over 4 months ago and my case was recently transferred to the Vermont Service Center.
I'd like to expedite the process as my current EAD expires in November, which will also impact my driver's license. Can anyone guide me on the steps I should take? I currently work in a pharmacy, and I believe this qualifies me to request an expedited processing.#vawa #ead
