just fyi, if you won’t take your spouse with you to combo interview (i know, dumb:), you’ll pass the citizenship test and all, but will get “decision cannot be made at this time” and will have to wait until I-751 gets approved, which for me was 8 extra months.

Hi guys I just wanted to give an update regarding my EAD renewal. I just got my combo card approved filled in february 1st 2024 approved on september 10th 2024.
Haven’t received it in my hand but hoping they will ship it out soon.
Hope this will help anyone waiting for their renewal approval.

2nd Interview Scheduled after reaching out to White House
My case started in April 2023 in Houston ,I and my spouse went for an interview, we were nervous .she has been married before and I have kids too. but we answered all we could ..Fast forward to this year , we moved to Dallas but still haven’t heard anything back ,reached out to House of Representatives multiple times ..Same story , luckily our case were transferred to Dallas over 10days ago and we reached out to the White House 5days ago..God a second interview scheduled for next month ..What should be expect in the second interview ,any help will be so much appreciated..

Could you believe my attorney told me today via email that my husband was approved for his visa and didn’t say anything no email, letter or mail. The person that was handling our case is no longer there. she forward over an email stating our next steps…remind you our 2nd interview was 6/2024 n haven’t heard a thing. I was just checking CEAC for status until I came across Lawfully. Now she’s going to confirm where he should pick up his passport. could you believe?
