The importance of the Philippines for the EB3 movement
My opinion is that the movement of the priority date for the Philippines in the VISA Bulletin caused no movement for the rest of the world. We know that the Philippines has a large backlog, and immigration has remained more conservative with ROW to analyze these cases. Additionally, they also moved the filing date, so I think immigration will study the data for another 2-3 months before making any real movement until March 2021

Alhamdoulilah yesterday morning I received a message action was take and when I checked it was New card is being produced. I 130 approved 02 years ago. rfe for medical response month ago et was approved without any interview now waiting for my card.

Urgent. Guidance Needed.L1A to H1B
Hello Friends, I wanted to check with you guys on conversion. Am currently on L1A and would like to switch to H1B, the existing employer hasn't filed any Greencard yet and there is no sign either. Is there a way the New employer can file the GC under EB1 category for me considering if am playing the same managerial role under H1B. is EB1C filing possible under H1B at all other than L1A? Would like to understand the process and take the feedback. kindly let me know.
