@ can I do it as a beneficiary? my wife is white and I asked her to inform our congressman about it and she said no, our interview was July 30, 2024 and the officer said I will approve you guys maybe the next day, but since then no updates. so can I email him on my own?

ive had my congressman reach out twice & they keep responding that my case is being maintained in the proper queue… last time we were told it was taking 15.5 months to process standalone I-130s. You’re lucky! congratulations👏🏽

i did a k3 since April which is still pending I had an expedite approved on medical reasons since June that’s why I reached out to congress. that’s the last thing I did that’s why I think it helped .
