Vawa EAD card
hello, I am wanting to see if anyone is in the same time line as me. I submitted my i765 (employment authorization) under VAWA. My receipt date is March 2024. I already completed my fingerprints and the USCIS system is updated. I also received my prima Facia in June 2024 My question is how long does it take to get my work permit and Social? It’s been 8 months.
My case was transferred from Nebraska center to Vermont service center on May 31, 2024. Help!

Almost 11 months of waiting on EAD for C9 AOS-i485 😓 I see approvals @ 8/9/10/11/12 months. So I'm not stressing to much. But I'm tired 😫

mine took 5 months, but it never got transferred to Vermont, it got approved in Nebraska.

I filed mine January 30th and got mine in November

if you filed C31, it is until your vawa is approved before you can receive EAD but if it is C09, btw 8-12months

check is the category class says C09

you are the same time line with me, I summitted on March 2024. Got EAD approved on 21 Oct 2024. Also my case was transferred from Nebraska to Vermont on May 2024 as you. You gonna get approved soon!!
