I literally have been so worried because my EAD had expired and working with the extension, I just checked on here and saw it was approved yesterday, now waiting on my Vawa with faith, don’t loose hope. prayer works

I'm too fed up with this USCIS's slow processing or maybe not processing, I wish they knew the pain of living like this, The Case has been pending for almost more than 8 months and now they have transferred it to the field office, and waived the interview. My wife and I both are government employees but with no help and I really need a green card to apply for secret clearance which I cannot do without GC. I wish instead of sitting idly and doing nothing USCIS employees focus on working toward the cases. Sad and heartbroken 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Case transferred to dependent’s FO - what happens next?
Me (the primary applicant) and my wife (dependent) currently reside in two different states. Our application is based on my employment (EB3 ROW). Today, we found out that both of our case was transferred to my spouse's field office, which is a non-local field office for me. Is it possible for both of us to be called in for an interview next?

765 form status changed back to "case actively reviewing"
I got my 765 form approved on 16th Nov. then on Nov 19th it changed back ti "case actively reviewing". is it common? or an error ?
Basically I gave my fingerprints for 765 on 14th Nov. and fingerprints for 485 on 19th Nov. do you think this made any difference?

MANDAMUS LAWSUIT
For anyone who has filed a Mandamus Lawsuit did you know why you waiting so long after your interview for a decision? What was your outcome after filing the lawsuit? How long did it take? My husband case is from Sept 2021 we had 2 interviews and still nothing. I have emailed, called, sent inquiries to congress and the White House and still nothing til this day. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
