@Kingsley B would like to know the processing time for the San Antonio field office as well case was transferred and I still haven’t heard anything they requested medical from June was received on July 8th and still nothing after

@Odeth T You can look up the processing time on line for field office but that still is an estimate. I think the more important aspect is if the application made it to the field office. I sent my REF and they received it June 14. I have heard nothing other then getting my EAD and travel parole. Wishing you the best.

@Aileen Gonzalez Gutierrez Hi sorry for my delay in response. I sent my medical and a long form birth certificate. Sent it in June, my application has not been transferred yet to a field office.

@Kingsley B no worries at all! omg smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ and they say they have up to 90 days to respond to the RFE request (like if it was accepted or not), but it’s so frustrating bc there’s no order on how they process the cases, I really don’t know what to do, I have epicondylitis and I will need surgery, here it’s crazy expensive even though I have medical insurance so I am waiting for my green card to go to Mexico or Argentina to get it done but living with this pain is awful and this process seems to be stuck somewhere nowhere 🥲 plus I had to reject a scholarship, I am very sad about all of this for real, this is really affecting my mental health bc this is not my first immigration process, I have this one through my husband and another one for work at the same time that is on their office since May, 2023. I really don’t know how to keep myself sane.
