@Sandra I Dios es bueno. yes I got approved recently and I have a removal order or something like that. the lawyer who helped me she said something about “ asking the government attorney in the court case for prosecutorial Discretion where to ask the BIA to dismiss my case completely “ so I don’t know how to really do that or if anyone can help me !
