@RR Y I traveled on my AP three times in 2023-2024 - the AP document and passport is sufficient. We were asked for the EAD as well once while traveling on Qatar Airlines. Secondary inspection is expected where they go through very basic questions including the purpose of your trip.

Thanks @Put T that is very helpful. Yes @Warm wishes the AP document is on the green paper and has our passport size photograph on it.

@Put T did you have secondary inspection on all the 3 visits ? Does secondary inspection take place at the immigration counter or is it inside with another officer?

Sounds like you have the same AP document that I got! Yes to inspections all 3 times and it was in another office. It was just waiting for the officer to look at our docs and they called us before stamping us through. The visa officers were always considerate and nice.

@Warm wishes when did you get your AP approval? how long have you been waiting for the document?

@Warm wishes for my child also there was a long gap between’case approved’ to actual document receipt - almost 2+ months. Our lawyer did and inquiry and then the actual doc came through. While I had filed both spouse and child I 131 renewal together child approval came earlier and spouse came just 4 days back document yet to be received - status is document is produced.
