Table A or Table B is used for people inside the USA?
hi all,
please let me know which table is used fo the people are living in the US? someone said A, other said B. I thinked A, but I have a friend he interviewed and got GC, his PD 4/2021. he said they use table B for the people living inside the US, someone also said like that.

inside us: both one for filing(submit 485,765) one for final action(issue gc).
oitside us: file 130/824 and wait for interview.

@G C something is wrong. Table B(for filing) is used for the people inside the US, Table A(for final actiion) is used for the people outside the US.

there is no different timing for inside or outside the USA. everybody in the category EB-3 other workers follow the same table. the visa bulletin will specify every month which table they are using to apply for 485 and which table they are using to issue green card.

@Jay Tran that’s wrong. It doesn’t matter if you’re outside or in the US, everyone has to follow “table a” (final action date). Table B means the date where you’re able to submit or file for i485.
