EB1A (PP) RFE from Nebraska, asking to send response to Texas?

I-140 EB1A petition submitted a month ago (premium processing, case starts with IOE, living abroad, consular processing). Originally sent to the National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit. Within 5 business days, got a kitchen sink RFE from the Nebraska Service Center. The RFE says that the response should be sent via mail to the Texas service center. Could it be that the officer decided to send the RFE and then transfer the case to Texas? Or is it common as a way to just distribute the load of document scanning? I wouldn't mind getting a different officer reviewing my RFE response lol, this one is notorious #RFE #TSC #NSC #EB1 #EB1A #I140

Response time from USCIS after submitting medical RFE

I submitted my medical RFE but haven’t seen any update on my app yet. However according to FedEx Tracking, USCIS has received my RFE package 5 days before. Do any of you have any idea/experience about the time frame of USCIS responding to medical RFE? Does it change to RFE received or it just changes to approval ? Your response would be highly appreciated! Thank you !

hello guys, I just want to share my experience with y’all. did used my travelled document yest for the first time. they pull me in secondary inspection room and stamp my passport…… absolutely no question asked!! I over stayed 7 years in this country it’s safe guys!

Visa expires while doing AOS

hello community, so what if my stem-opt expires after submitting I-485? will I be in trouble without valid visa while waiting for my i-485 to finalize? i will have valid visa when I file i-485 but it will expire soon after, before AOS finalize. thanks!
