RFE
At what step in the process do USCIS request RFE? Being that I’m currently at step 4- Case Decision, I’m really hoping that that means they do not want anything else from me.

@B B They only send one if they need something. If you sent your medical then they might not send you a RFE.

RFE for green card?
Mine was just for medicals after biometrics. They waived my interview. If RFE it’s after interview means you failed to provide
something

my guess is whenever they are reviewing your case and feel like they need more from you, I have 2 rfes so far the first one was for medical, birth ccertificate and affidavit of support, the second one was for affidavit of support again more evidence. I have not reached step 4 though

it really depends, but you're just waiting for the decision. hopefully you'll get Approved soon.

ok. It’s actually for my husband I’m the petitioner but when I tell you I mailed in medical, affidavit and everything initially. Then over the 9 months since I’ve filed I uploaded our recent tax transcript together, wedding pics, trips, life insurance, lease, I honestly can’t think of anything else that I haven’t uploaded. @Aimee MR I truly hope so too, thanks.
