You will have to wait for your priority date to be current. Have faith and pray! Trust me! This time will pass . It’s a long process and don’t take my words in a way that I am trying to demotivate you. Stay strong !!! You will get your Green card . It will just take some time , that’s all ! May God bless you ! Sorry to hear your situation. My suggestion is switch to part time and find a decent paying job as a full time job if you have been working for sponsor for at least one year. If you can ask for note from your doctor, you can request less time work from sponsor at least. This will take awhile, don't fear the threats from sponsor and your agency, your green card is of no use if your health is not in good condition.

There is no one in this US who is more needy than me, who has no place to live, and whose sister kicks her out of the house every day abd I have nowhere to go because I don't even drive anymore. @eb3 2022 Whatever @USCIS IS A MESS said is all true. Follow that. I know many people who haven’t started working for their employer yet whose PD is 2020/2021. I think even @Rom Sin haven’t started working yet for the sponsor but got the GC. Now if you have already started working then work part time and find another job.

@USCIS IS A MESS Now I’m thinking, how many hours does USCIS see as part-time? My husband saw on their website something like 30hours/week. We are in the same situation, my husband does work for his employer since he got EAD but now he does the job for 3 and never got any raise. we have two autistic kids and I can’t work. cost of living is getting crazy and employers don’t care. I’m thinking about buying a company because it is very hard for someone to hide me.

They pay me only 13 dollers, and I am full-time working with them. I work for them like animals, and still they are not happy about my performance. I think now its time to leave them and should find any decent job with that can afford my living easily.

@Maya Stein I have a friend who has his company and filed eb3 unskilled. There should’t be any problem if you buy company and your husband is working for other sponsor. but take suggestions from lawyers.

@eb3 2022 Just find another sponsor within similar category who is ready to sign your i485 J. Ask them if they allow you to work part time and find another good paying job.

I got the approval last Thursday and I am not working for my sponsor yet. I will start after I get my GC in my hand. Thetes a lot of misconceptions around. I have answered a lot of questions (Answers what I knew ) on my post as well as I lately everyone to talk to a lawyer before taking any steps. Definitely the lawyer has to be good! I told them i would come back once i get my interview call or anything as such… And i moved to a different state without changing my address. It was difficult in the place i lived as there were no job opportunities but since i have moved i am scared to use this EAD for a skilled job in a different state. what would you suggest? Why would USCIS ask for specifically for RFE for paystub? What they do is ask evidence that you still have offer with the company and list your options and paystub is among them You can get I485J confirmation letter from your company and some other evidences if you don't have No way USCIS will ask ONLY for paystub Everyone to it's own @BDV PUBLIC ENEMY #1

@Ahmed Ah According to my lawyer , Yes you can work for anyone. In fact that’s what I did and I was asked who do I work for at my interview and I told them I work as a u er driver right now. no further questions were asked related to this after that . so I think u should be fine working for anyone till you get your GC . However don’t take my word for it . make sure to talk to your lawyer .

@USCIS IS A MESS I got a RFE paystubs, only paystubs, 3 months worth of payments. But it was alright since I was working as soon I got the EAD, working more than 40h sometimes . I'm glad I am allowed to work almost as much full time as I want on summer. The bdv stated 10 dollars a hour but they started paying me 15, and than raised to 16 after 8 monhs. I'm about to ask for another raise. But restaurant work sucks lol too busy for my body and mind. I started doing lyft and doordash so I might just make 33h wich is considered part time and do the off days lyft, good money. Taking forever though, started working 2023 july. PD march 2022. it is what it is. Stay safe guys our time will come 💪🏼💪🏼
